Thanks so much to Mary, Ivy and everyone at the City of Chicago for inviting Sr. Alicia participate as a demonstrating chef at the Taste of Chicago! Sr. Alicia was live at the Lifeway Foods Taste Kitchen on Sunday July 10, and Sr. Laura Soppet joined in as Sr. Alicia’s Sous Chef!! We are so excited that the sisters had this opportunity to take part in the Taste of Chicago and represent our community, religious life, our Church and the very poor whom we love and serve. Please pray for all the wonderful people the the sisters met, that their hearts will be touched: to be open to God’s love for them, and to help end hunger in our city and world!
