On November 13, 2020, our community was blessed to celebrate the Episcopal ordination of Bishop Bob at Holy Name Cathedral. Because it was at the height of the pandemic, very few guests were able to be present, but we were so grateful to be able to safely host and celebrate with those who were able to make it for the occasion.
See below for some highlights of the events of that weekend:

Celebrating his First Mass as a bishop at Our Lady of the Angels on November 14, 2020. Since the pandemic prevented our neighbors from being able to come to Bishop Bob for blessings, Bishop Bob went out to them! Friends of ours (who happen to own several emergency vehicles refurbished for use in Christmas parades) loaned us a few firetrucks so that Bishop Bob could travel throughout the Westside, blessing everyone and everything that we passed by.
